All of my designs were brass or silver and I was very inspired by geometric shapes, boho vibes, and crystals. I was selling at multiple markets every month and everything felt possible β¨ Some things are very different now, but a lot of it still feels the same. Still out here making my jewelry, but now with over a decade of experience and a lot more confidence. Also my attempt at starting the year off by showing up in front of the camera more. I have a lot of exciting ideas in my mind about all the things I want to do/ do differently this year. Some of those ideas are- 1. Showing more of my process. How I make everything, and where I make everything. Which is this little dream of a jewelry studio in my backyard. 2. Creating more one of a kind pieces, and doing more frequent drops of small batch collections. I want to incorporate more stones and sterling silver into my designs. Maybe even some fine jewelry. 3. Learn more jewelry making skills and techniques and really hone my craft. My husband got me a sand casting kit for Xmas and I canβt wait to dive into that new practice. I also want to learn more stone setting techniques like flush and star. Thereβs more but Iβll touch on all that later. I really want to challenge myself this year.
