This party came together better than I even imagined and, even though she was overwhelmed and sleepy, Hallye-Blue had so much fun!! I have to thank my husband for tolerating me the last month (maybe two😅) during this planning process, for risking his life on the ladder hanging up decor. Thank you to my mom and Maddie for seeing my vision and helping it come to life, for ordering, crafting, and bringing me back down to earth when I started to crash out. And for my Grandmommy, Uncle Papaw, and Brandon for never batting an eye when I ask them to do a task, pick something up, or come over to help. An EXTRA special thank you to @dakota.benedict for whipping up the PERFECT cake in a matter of hours after our cake disaster on Friday🫣 Really, the list goes on and on! We turned it into a playful bunk room at Pine & Plaid - layering striped wallpaper, vintage details, and classic bunks to create a cozy space our kids and visiting families. The wallpaper really set the tone for the room. We used a striped pattern from @spoonflower, and found it thanks to a great sourcing recommendation from @lbhprco. She is more than just my dog, she is my best friend. She has provided me unconditional love. Chloe was diagnosed with stage 4a lymphoma less than two weeks ago. Even though we planned last year to spend her birthday with her (because we will always celebrate her) this year felt extra special. Her grandparents came over, we had a photo shoot, and her favorite place in the world (the balcony) was decorated for her! Dave brought her home flowers, got extra massages, and Dre came to visit! She got ice cream, presents, lots of time outside in the grass, and a beautiful weather day! She got so much love around the community today too! She is a very special girl who deserves the world!
